Full registration fee includes::

*Please note that the number of seats is limited for the Clinical Trials and Veterinary Medicines sessions. Due to the limited capacity of the hall, priority for these sessions will be given to participants who have paid registration fees for this category. All sessions will be recorded and will be available for on-demand viewing for 3 months after the symposium.

*All Clinical Trials and Veterinary Medicines sessions will be recorded and will be available for on-demand viewing for 3 months after the symposium.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• Payment by bank transfer from abroad (the full amount without any deduction should be paid including the bank transfer fees). You will receive a proforma invoice with payment details by e-mail within 3 working days after the registration.
• It is possible to pay the registration fee by credit card with a bank commission in the amount of 2.5%.
• All amounts will be debited in Serbian Dinar (RSD) equivalent to the amount in euros (EUR)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Registrations canceled by September 20 will be refunded 70% of the total registration fee.
• Registrations canceled between September 20 and October 1 will be refunded 30% of the total registration fee.
• Registrations canceled after October 1 are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
